I downloaded it (along with Crossover Games) sometimes in 2008 Presidential Lame Duck giveaway (or something like that). I don't even know what version it is since I never instaleld it. What version is this? is there any major change from the 2008 version to justify $18?

Might be worth $18 just to see, but, OTOH, I have 4 Win7 licenses - so I don't really need it. There are two apps that I need to boot Windows for - the USPS shipping assistant app and for depositing scanned checks to my bank account - for some reason, the bank web page java app doesn't recognize my scanner using Safari or FF, yet it works fine using FF on Windows via Parallels. Go figure.

I tried using Crossover but never really got it to work well. I much preferred using http://www.vmware.com/products/fusion/overview.html which worked with everything for me.

Grabbed a copy. I was running Version 8 from that President's sale in 2008. The new one is Version 10.

I just tried Alien Shooter, which never worked with V8 - and it worked great now.
