anybody have an iPad2? Got a quick question.

I'm trying to help my mother long distance w/ her iPad 2 and she keeps putting her hand on the camera. Does the camera light up like it does on a MBP when FaceTime is on?? Thanks.

nope. I think a design issue with the ipad2 is the camera looks just like the home button, and some apps require the home button on the right, which is "upside down" for me and for use with the smart cover, so that can through you for loop by flipping sides. Same issue with the camera on the back if you have the ipad flipped around, your hand will be over the camera.

Thanks. I think the camera on the back is too advanced for her right now. She has a sharp mind; it's just that really new things take some time to sink in. She keeps saying she wishes she had her Mac SE back. [I hope to be as sharp as she when I'm 91!!!]
