I would either take some ibuprofen or do what Robert M said. I have posted here about my shoulder pain, caused by holding my arm too high to operate my mouse. My regular doctor prescribed 600 mg of ibuprofen, which didn't work on my shoulder. It gradually got 50% better after using magnesium gel, DMSO and cayenne pepper. I don't know if they helped or not. If I had insurance, I would go to an orthopedist.
