Mesquite smoked pork tenderloins
Steak tips marinated in sherry, soy sauce, honey & garlic
Sweet Italien sausage smothered with peppers and onions
Marinated & grilled: eggplant, red & green pepper, asparagus and vidallia onions
Tossed Greek salad
Homemade guacamole
Homemade black bean and corn salsa
Gin & tonic, Bass Ale, Grolsch
Whole strawberries topped with real whipped cream flavored with Frangelico liquer (hazelnut) and the barest dusting of cocao powder for presentation (!)
