I don't care if he can lose weight or wants to weigh even more. I can't believe that someone would say "I want to be more comfortable in your establishment and if you don't make the booths bigger, I'm going to sue. Because If I want to eat there, you have to make the changes I want."
It's not about his weight per se, rather as Trouble points out, it's his attitude. "I want it my way or I will sue." Well I say f/u to people like that.

Most adults would be obese at 190, much less 100 lbs. heavier.

The question is can he afford not to lose weight?

I would love to see this response from The Management:

"Dear Sir. We thank you for your custom in the past. We welcome you to the drive-through window. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone."

The fat guy has the law on his side. If being fat is a disability.

Because laws protecting the disabled are all unreasonable.
He neither said nor implied that they were.
I'll read between my lines and you read between yours.

I doubt eating at White Castle is hastening his weight loss.

If you can't lose the weight, what difference does it make what you eat?

That's certainly a healthful attitude...
