OK, I guess I read too much into the rest of what he had quoted.

For me, all religions only exist in the minds of those that believe in them, and wars are fought over which is the "correct" religion. If some people choose to believe that Apple is a religion in their mind, let them.

I'm sure that Apple doesn't consider itself a religion, it's just some of those customers that choose to Drink the Kool-Aid.

It's like a bait-and-switch. A trick to get attention. Or on the internet, link-bait.

Why bother to read the article, when we can just read the buzzwords in the headline, and have an opinion?
