countdown app that displays count in icon - on iPhone?

there are a ton of countdown apps out there. of course there are - its an easy app to make.

but i want something specific - it should show the number of days left in the icon.

anyone have one that they like?

I'm not sure if this one does or not. There support website is in another language, so it's hard to tell without downloading and trying it.

It was free earlier today, but looks like the price went back up to 99 cents.
