Samsung 205bw monitors are dying. What should I replace with?

Currently using a 204B as the main screen and a 205bw as the second.
The 205 died the other night (which now makes 2 failed Samsung monitors in my office.

Considering going to a single larger monitor unless there are some sweet deals on 20" units.

Whats out there this week to buy?

Monitors will eventually die - I love my Samsung XL2370. It's been on 24/7 since I bought it in 2010. When it dies I I'll buy another Samsung monitor like it. Dell has some nice monitors as well I like, but samsung is my first choice.

if you're adventurous they can probably be fixed. The internals are very simple
