We all know about companies outsoucing jobs to China. How about an employee outsourcing his work to China...?

What's good for the goose is good for the gander?

Just wait until the outsourcee finds out how much they could make if they bypassed the outsourcer and worked with the employer directly.

If a CEO did such a thing that resulted in the layoff of US workers, he'd receive a fat bonus and be featured prominently in the Wall St. Journal.

If his work was that easy to outsource, he didn't have a long-term future. Somewhere, somehow his boss would have figured it out, too!

The question I have for you - other than the security issue, did he break any rules? I mean, he wasn't caught underperforming as far as I can tell!
