is mac tuneup (7.0) worthwhile? others?

i use cocktail, onyx and techtool deluxe already. will this give me any additional worthwhile tools?

is there anything else that y'all think will make a difference re routine maintenance?

I doubt this does anything else not covered by the other tools you use

Onyx or Cocktail. Pick ONE and stick with it.

(And use it no more than once a year unless you've got problems that they explicitly address.)
