Russia will arrest gay tourists

I've previously fancied Russia as a potential travel destination, mostly for historic value, but this pretty mush quashes that idea. They will arrest and deport any pro-gay person. The reason? Think of the children.

I guess Putin actually signed it into law at the end of last month, but I missed it.

Yeah.

'Same time that law was passed, they also passed the "Pussy Riot" law that mandates successive jail terms for "offending religious feelings."

Sometimes I think about these things and find myself really needing a long restful day alone in a private cabin or beach house and far away from computers, televisions, radios, phones, etc.

Just for a day.
