Yes, you are right about the output of the subway car air conditioning and the people. The ventilation of the particular stations is critical.

I was just talking to someone who walked up and down 11th Ave in Manhattan today for business appt's at the car dealerships. We agreed that 11Ave is a fine wide stretch of black asphalt and the temp was horrendous. he said the hot dog vendors weren't using any gas to boil the dogs today.

At least the humidity is lower than last week, but at 88º i have trouble staying awake in front of the computer for any length of time.

However, you can take a short drive up to Willow Creek and have your brains boiled out.

So far it hasn't felt as bad as last week, when temps were in the upper 80s but the humidity was much higher.

But I'm definitely ready for the weather to break this weekend.
