Adding Books to Nook HD using Android File Transfer
#1
Have my Mac and wifes Nook HD.

I have been copying books (epub) to MY FILES --> BOOKS and PDF's to MY FILES --> Documents.

IS that ok, or should I just put everything in Documents?

Thanks

I have to reformat to original, and reinstall books, as I have two covers that are no book to launch, and no way I have found to delete the covers.

I'm not sure you even need Android File Transfer. Does the Finder see the Nook HD when you connect to your Mac?

As for file placement, seems like a personal preference. Your method seems fine.

Touch and hold the phantom book cover. A menu should appear. Report back if it doesn't work.

It has Google's "Play Books" app, right? Upload the books here

Android uses MTP, which OS X does not support natively, "mass storage mode" is a thing of the past.

Ah, I have CM on my Nooks and you can still enable mass transfer via the settings. Sorry.
