how much sleep do you get?

Most of the time 3 1/2 to 5, but I usually get a catch-up day at least once a weekend...

My c-pap machine helps; my prostrate doesn't

Total about 6.5 hours, but in real spits and spurts. I only get good REM sleep, it seems, if I go back for a nap at 7 or 8 AM. Luckily, I don't work earl hours very often anymore.
