We probably don't give praise often enough to companies that provide excellent service, but I want to do so here. I have a central vacuum that was installed when we built the house - I LOVE it! But two weeks ago, the power hose died (after 15 years, who can complain). The dealer who was local has gone out of business, so I went searching the internet. I contacted several dealers who told me that I would need not only a new hose, but a new power brush as well, to the tune of almost $500! I finally found a dealer that I was able to contact via phone and speak to a real person, who assured me that the replacement hose would work fine with my attachments, and that it would be shipped free. The hose just arrived and works as promised. Kudos to Quality Home Systems in Fallston MD for great service, and for saving me over $300! www.qualityhomesystems.com
