Too funny. I clicked just to see what a blurry tv series was about.

Funny, Star Trek was recorded on the highest resolution systems of its time - sharper than SD.

From SD:
They worked very hard to keep the content intact, but the old film and resolution just couldn't live up to Blu-ray. The did a wonderful job. It just doesn't look like a plastic ship on a string anymore. This isn't a case of Star Wars ... LOL! There's at least one episode of the old (very old) Flash Gordon series with a scene that is exactly that. I think they might have put a cigarette inside for the realistic exhaust.

The story of Star Wars is a classic read - they used 5 or 6 different film types, edited them altogether, for the Master.
No one - and I mean NO ONE - expected it to be more than a cult hit so they didn't bother with the Master. And by the time someone realized that the Master had been pulled out so many times to make the first copies, it was in sad shape. |
