Looks like a standard cars vs cyclist thread to me.

The last one, and several others, I could chalk up to the car ahead simply not seeing the cyclist. Still the car's responsibility.

On the other hand, many of the cars are driving like [expletive deleted]s. Many of them passed the cyclist from behind, then cut him off. No way they didn't know he was there--they actively chose to ignore him. I suppose the cyclist could have been a bit more cautious in some cases, but there's only so much stupid for which a cyclist can drive defensively.
