I no longer have a browser that will work with the Comcast website
#1
None of my browsers work, not even the latest version of Firefox.

With Firefox, I can get to the part of the site where I enter my routing number and checking account number. I enter that info and push "continue", and I get dumped back to the page where they ask me how much I want to pay. :cursin:

My other browsers don't even let me get this far.

I've had to call up Comcast now for the last couple of months and talk to a "customer service representative" to pay my bills.

Does anyone else have a problem with their site, and is there anything I can do to fix this?

Try logging into your Mac under a different user account and doing it from there.

I submitted a ticket to them months ago to address Mac browser compatibility.

No problems with FF or Chrome on Windows. Do you have an iOS device to try?

Okay, I just installed Chrome and gave it a try. It worked.

Yep. Snow Leopard Safari has long been on the downward slope and I find it increasingly less useful. I tend to stick to Firefox or Opera on 10.6 Macs and even when I still had PowerMac Macs, TenFourFox was my go to browser.

freeradical,
Firefox blocks mixed secure and unsecure content by default. If you see a little shield by the URL bar when on the Comcast site, try clicking it, and then enabling the content.I have to do this step to use the simple.tv configuration website for my DVR. May or may not apply, but I figured I would make mention.
