Wurst name for a restaurant ever?

[quote max]Sambo's was a chain. Very big in the 70's.
At one point there were over 1000 of them. Mostly West Coast, I think.
I have not seen any in the East...
they were in Florida, I'm pretty sure they were run by the same outfit that now has Denny's (make sense given Denny's racial history).

From what I hear, my kind really isn't welcome in Cracker Barrel...what?

BFD must know about Dirty Dicks in Old Town San Diego. Insulting the customers by the staff is part of the program. They are serious on the insults and I left the one time I was there before the food was served. Originally from Virginia Beach?

well, think of it this way. Two Indians open a restaurant... big deal. Two Indians open a restaurant with a name like "Hitler's Cross" and it makes the BBC, and millions of people now know about it.

When I was in New York I worked around the corner from Ho Hum Chinese Carryout.

I used to live near a Cuban-Chinese place called Lung Fung, which sounded like a respiratory ailment.

There is or used to be a place in Chinatown called Hung Fat.

*That* is really funny. I would crack up every day if I walked by that place.

My wife reminded me that just south of our town is a restaurant with the name "Tastee In and Out". They serve a "Tastee" burger (loosemeat/tavern) that is quite good. A person can eat there or order take out. A little Mom and Pop place. I still can't get over the name...Dave
...on the trailing edge of technology.

When I was at Domino's, I did the readerboard late-night when it was slow.

"Wouldn't you like a hot and thick 12" Hawaiian inside you tonight?"

And

"You can't beat us, so why not eat us?"

They found someone else to do it after those two.
