The only downside I see is the panel is TN.

Also, for any monitor with that much resolution, I personally would want PIP and split screen capabilities and I don't see any mention of that. Then again, for the price I wouldn't really expect that.

Isn't this the one that will only do 30Hz for 4K? That's a dealbreaker for most people....
