Anyone got a fix for this iTunes/iPhone Sync Problem?

Started in iTunes 12.2.

Edit: Nevermind. I think I've got it...

Disabled sync of everything except my apps and now it's syncing.

Gonna enable podcasts/photos/music/books/tv shows/tones/movies again and re-sync after enabling each category. Maybe it'll just work. Maybe it'll indicate what's f-ing it up by choking again when I enable a particular category.

There goes my brief insomnia interlude. I was hoping to spend it watching Mr Robot.

iTunes 12.x has continued to mess with my syncing as each version comes out and is installed.

I have lost special ringtones I made; my music playlist have been altered; some music disappeared.

I think that in the long haul, I will have to keep a Mavericks (iTunes 11.4) drive around so I can sync with confidence and not have MY OWN DAMN MUSIC & SETTINGS shuffled/lost and generally screwed with.
