Deal from the old place -- thought I got a good deal on my Sandisk 500 GB for $115...

Coupon code "EMCEHEM84" cuts it to $99.99.

1 TB is $210.

Only works if you are subscribed to the email deals - I tried for a 1TB drive and was rejected.

The promo code EMCEHEM84 is for a product not in your shopping cart. Please check your promo code and try again.

Deal is supposed to be good through midnight tonight PT

My comments are the same as in that other thread -- Its the cheapest SSD you can buy...

If "quality" is important to you, then maybe look at OWCs offerings.

If you dont really care, cause its just a drive and I have a good backup... then its perfect =)

Thanks for the tip. I'd actually ordered one of these on Monday at $119.99, and it's in shipping. Have contacted Newegg to see if they will honor the lower price and coupon code.

I'm in the market for a 1 TB too, but I'm assuming prices will drop a lot later this year as the Intel/Micron 3D technology rolls out.
