Anyone here still using a Blackberry, and syncing it with a recent Mac?
#1
I have a client that insists that she can't use a touchscreen phone, due to her "sweaty hands". She recently had to get a newer model, and we're having a heck of a time getting it to sync with her laptop running Yosemite. The Blackberry Sync software package appears to be trying to sync, but never fully succeeds. I've dug around, but haven't found another tool with which to attempt to configure syncing.

If any of you have any suggestions or advice, I'm all ears!

Back in the day, I had success syncing a Blackberry with my Mac using Syncmate. You can poke around to see if that will work with your setup.

The Blackberry software may have been left behind after Snow. Any chance there's a 10.6.8 mac available that can be used for this one purpose?

Are you using BlackBerry Link?

Yes, using their Link software. It worked okay with her last model, but isn't with her new one, for some damn reason.
