5K iMac price change?

I priced a near full boat 27" 5K iMac at the online Apple Store a couple of days ago- i7/8G/2T/M395X/MagicMouse 2 and it came to $2999.

I just did the same thing and now it comes to $2799.

What am I missing?

if money is a real issue -- you should be looking at adorama or BH when then time comes.

they sometimes have deals on configs close to what you want for a couple hundred less -- as long as you can sacrifice a thing or 2.

As I said elsewhere, I hadn't be considering a flash drive so I must selected it by mistake.

Both Adorama and B&H are the GoTo places when it's time to pull the trigger.

And B&H does ApplePay.

That never gets old.

As to the double post, when I clicked Post message on the first one, I got a screen I'd never seen before, something to the effect- "This is a moderated board.. subject to review...".

So I made the second post and it appeared normally, without incident.
