"A solar-powered airplane landed in California on Saturday, completing a risky, three-day flight across the Pacific Ocean as part of its journey around the world.
Pilot Bertrand Piccard landed the Solar Impulse 2 in Mountain View, in the Silicon Valley south of San Francisco, at 11:45 p.m. following a 62-hour, nonstop solo flight without fuel. The plane taxied into a huge tent erected on Moffett Airfield where Piccard was greeted by project's team."

The last part of the "live" feed of Leg 9 has some video of the plane flying into the Bay Area.

They say that it landed at Moffet Field at 11:46 PM, but the video of it over the Golden Gate bridge seem to be during daylight. It's only about 40 miles between the two. What time was it when it passed over the bridge and where did it go from there?

What time was it when it passed over the bridge and where did it go from there? It took a tour of much of the Bay Area. I guess even though the pilot was likely tired, they wanted as much visibility of the craft as possible (publicity shots for the sponsors?) with the systems working well. If you go to the site and pull up the flight path, it appears it made 3 loops over the Farallon Islands, about 10 loops approaching the Golden Gate, 3 loops over Alcatraz, 3 loops off Pescadero State Beach, and then in to Mountain View.

Probably just waiting for the wind to subside.
