If I have a house address, how can I find out who lived there 50 years ago? Google is of no help for something that long ago.

local property records. They usually go back very very far and are usually on line.

you'd need to look up real estate records in the city/county where that house is located. Some may have online options, but many may require flipping through a deed book to find something that old.

Census records might have that information, but 10 years might not be granular enough for you. County real estate records generally only list owners, so you might not get the name of the person living in a house.
