Was able to have moderate food intake and two workouts at the gym. Going to try and do more with the legs this week.

Last week: 2 upper body workouts.

Did nothing! Worked too hard this past week. However, I hope to start a weekly cycling thing this coming Tuesday!

Did she get her face bloodied from that? Can't tell for sure...

Walking, just walking.
Trying to get the 10,000 steps per day. Last week averaged about 9,500/day

Still also just walking.
back up to 3-5 miles a day without foot and knee pain. I've tried and found 7 miles is overdoing it.
Hoping to be running again by May. We'll see.
Simple general calisthenics is helping.

Finally- I got two gym sessions in, still a little too many calories, nite time snacks have been my downfall.

We're still having wet weather here — only two times out on the bike this week.

I'm making gradual progress with my snacking will power. I think nicer weather will help.

Up a pound and a half. I blame it on my light week of exercise and going to two AYCE buffets on Friday and Saturday. 3.1 miles walking outside, 19.49 treadmill miles, 22.59 miles total. 30 miles a week is my target.
