He is not upholding his oath? Grounds for impeachment?

45 has sworn to uphold the Constitution and be a president of all the people. His current comments void his oath. How can he stay as president of the USA?

Also, the Queen cannot have him on an official visit without making it look like she condones what he said.

He stays because the Republicans in Congress are willing to overlook just about every single one of his actions so long as their agenda is furthered. He beat their long-time nemesis when none of them thought she could be beat. Who cares how he did it, the end justifies the means! Now they can cut taxes for the rich, empower corporates by reducing regulations against them that protect the public (also enriching the rich) and save biological material that may turn into viable human life if it's allowed to be a parasite on its host.
