This outfit called "Southwest Key Programs Inc" which is set up as a nonprofit but pays its CEO $1.5 million/year to operate child immigrant detention centers in Texas.

They are expected to earn half a billion in revenues from the federal gov't in 2018.

The org seems to suddenly have no website.

The CEO, Juan Sanchez, says "it's not my fault!" I just work here.
