Examples? I’m guessing it’s not written well, but would like love to see a sample.

For you german speakers, maybe you can give us a brief translation:

Lieber Geliebter,

Actually, Google translate did a pretty good job. Still a stupid email that you would have to be a fool to believe:

Dear lover,

I am writing this post with heavy tears in my eyes and great sorrow in my heart. I'm Mrs. Guida Garrison. A widow too late Mr. Garan Garrison; I am 63 years old and have been suffering from breast cancer for a long time. My husband was director J.C Industries before he died.

From all indications my condition worsens and it is obvious that after my doctors I will not live more than 2 months. I have some money that I inherited from my late-loving husband, Mr. Garan Garrison, the sum of (4,800,000.00 Euro) that he deposited here with a bank and I need a honest, honest and terrible person, Those who use these funds for charity work, help the less privileges, and 30% of that money will be for your time and effort, while 70% will go to charities.

1) For the sick, less privileged
2) For the widows and the motherless babies
3) Orphanages or charities.

I look forward to your quick response from you for more details. Humanitarian appeal: It is love that will save our world and if you can not feed a hundred people, feed only one.

Your
Mrs. Guida Garrison

Nice that Google rendered the errors as errors, like “too late” instead of “of the late”, referring to the supposed hubby, who apparently also loved late. You use “spät” if you are late for a meeting, not to refer to a deceased person.

I have no idea what the scammer was going for with “fürchterlich”. Honest, honest, and terrible… “fearful, deadly, dreadful, appalling, frightening, horrifying” are also possible meanings.
