I'm looking for the NVMe version for that price, not the SSD (I don't have a case yet, but currently the drives are too expensive too).

Fry's would be my last resort.
I hate shopping there and am leery of anything sold by them. Although I did get a small space heater for cheap that worked quite well for over 10yrs before I passed it on. Obviously, Fry's didn't know what they had.

FYI the WD Blue 3D, Sandisk Ultra 3D, and Crucial MX500 are usually $20-40 cheaper per TB than the class-leading 860 EVO and the performance is the slightest hair lower. Read: you'll never notice the difference. I own 6 of these in 500GB-2TB sizes and obviously am a satisfied customer.
