Did you watch the Raiders? They seem to be functioning quite well without AB.

Yeah, I just watched it. They had a solid game against the Broncos' vaunted defense. I knew they were improved. Was happy they played "in" Oakland.

You're a little shy on details for us somewhat interested but non-NFL folk, Vision:

Which Texans? Dallas Cowboys? Houston Oilers? Lubbock Lions? Odessa Ocelots? Another team?

I'm assuming the Mystery Texans won, but by how much? What was the final score?

I didn't want to spoil it. But I will:

Oh, it was a most amazing game. The Saints of New Orleans took on the Texans of Texas. The Saints triumphed by kicking a pigskin ball through a big "H".

Sorry, that was Prince Akeem of Zamunda in "Coming to America." That happened though for real.

It was an amazing back and forth game by two stud quarterbacks. The saints were down and out but managed to get into field goal position for the final play of the game. A mighty field goal by their kicker that missed his last kick. Many great pass plays and touchdowns and then the drama in the last 3 minutes. So sweet!

Gotcha. Geaux Saints!

To give you some idea how little I know about the NFL, I genuinely had no idea there was a team called simply "Texans". For future reference, in what city are they based and what is their mascot?

Never mind, I found 'em. Houston, and a stylized bull head emblazoned with the Texas flag.

They love the Football in the Texas. That team replaced their original team, the Oilers who fled to Tennessee.
