PayPal screwing merchants by charging fee on returns

PayPal acting piggy by forcing the merchants to eat their PayPal fees on all returns.

Not cool.

Makes me wonder if I want to continue with PayPal.

paypal is no longer the sole payment option for ebay purchases.

i am seriously thinking of moving away from paypal.

it's a big deal to me!
