That seems like a really good deal. I paid $70 for a similar rack and $22 for a single set of dumbbells that aren't rubber coated.

There are many, many body weight workout routines that can be more effective than lifting weights.

Go to YouTube and search body weight exercise and there are categories by age, and by which part of your body you want to workout.

Though there is a place for weights, at this moment with all the craziness going on, I’m sticking to body weight routines.

Ymmv.

Ditto rob. Yoga is also a great example of that. My regimen is pushups, yoga, cycling...and I keep forgetting to add planks. BTW, Jillian Michaels has a great, tough yoga workout that is probably on youtube or streaming somewheres.
