I use a VPN, and duckduckgo.com has no problem with it. They also don't track you, as Google does. You can set DD as your default in Safari on MacOS and iOS.

Different situation. If you use a VPN to connect to the internet through your company, your IP will be seen as one of the company's. The VPN IP ranges that get blocked are ones offered through VPN services used by individuals to mask their actual network connection and location.

P.S. On another aspect of this where lists are available, I don't bother with VPN connections, but do pay attention to lists of TOR exit points. Those get blocked where I moderate on another forum, almost exclusively used by spammers.

So, I made a new account with the website that banned me for using a VPN, and I've had my VPN active (IPVanish) and so far I haven't had any trouble - BUT - if I restart the VPN and it connects to a different location (it's connected to Dallas now) will the site find me out?? (OMG this is so sketchy! LOL!)
