I’m sure there is at least one Kurt Vonnegut fan on this forum (me) but if there are others I would like to point you to a rather good documentary that I just discovered having been released after years of preparation. It is currently running on Hulu. Have a great Twosday. That is all

thanks for posturing that. I so seldom look to see what Hulu is doing.
Loved his books all thru jr and high school.

I will have to watch it. I met him when he came and spoke to our high school English class in.. 1976, I think. Turns out he was friends with one of my classmate's fathers and was in town to speak to his college classes.
Funny as hell, and a very unique individual. I had read all his books at that point, but just sat and listened to him explain his writing process and his thought process. He was very self-aware.
Also another person taken from us too soon by an accidental fall and subsequent traumatic brain injury.

Yeah, he has been a bright light for me and represents a spark of humanity coming from Indiana

Kurt Vonnegut was on the faculty at Smith College for a year or two in the early 2000s. In the past I came across a few stories about him from that period of time. Reportedly he was quite approachable and even attended a few parties and other events that students invited him to.

just watched this. Enjoyed it. Don't think I've ever read any of his books, but might need to do so now.
