That's a good plan; I used to brush my teeth whenever I felt like snacking, and that would kill the urge.
That works too. It’s even better for your oral health, too. I also drink lots of water, warm in the winter.

Food is a small percentage of cost of living but has a big impact on health. Get high quality ingredients and make your own meals whenever possible. Don't fret over a few bucks.

True. I splurge a little on vegetables, because I’m happy to eat nice ones, and they do so much for you.
