FBI Season Finale Pulled by CBS in Light of Texas School Shooting

.....CBS has pulled tonight’s FBI season finale and replaced it with a rerun, in light of Tuesday’s mass shooting at a Texas elementary school.

The FBI Season 4 finale, titled “Prodigal Son” and slated to air at 8/7c, was to center on a school shooting. “As the team investigates a deadly robbery that garnered a cache of automatic weapons for the killers, they discover one of the perps is a classmate of Jubal’s son, who is reluctant to cooperate with the case,” per the official description. No word yet on when or if this episode will air on CBS. Tuesday’s FBI: International and FBI: Most Wanted season finales, however, will air as scheduled at 9 pm and 10 pm, respectively.....

My DVR didn't get the memo and recorded anyway. I hate when that happens because now it won't record the rescheduled episode whenever it airs because it thinks it already recorded it. (I don't want to set it to record reruns.)

Not that FBI is a must-see show for me anyway.

They changed the TV broadcast details pretty late. Not everything updates. On the West coast, it changed by at least 6ish, if not earlier. But that's during air time for the East coast.

Pretty sure they did this with a 9-1-1 episode a few years ago dealing with wildfires and it was supposed to air during a massive fire. Same with a police brutality episode on one of the cop shows right after Floyd died and the BLM riots were happening. Might have been Chicago PD.

Find out when it's going to broadcast it and manual setup a recording.

I already have it. I'll binge the last half of the season in a few days. It was broadcast in Canada.
