before Memorial Day gas up to $5.10 in Queens NYC
#1
I notice that gas was up to $5.10 yesterday here in Queens. Plenty of time to go higher for the coming Memorial Day weekend.

Where can I get some at that price? That's about 70 cents per gallon less than I paid at Costco in the SF Bay area yesterday.

Just filled up the Prius in NC. I track all our mileage with the Fuelly app.

Steve G,

I bet in other parts of Queens the price is less. In New Hyde Park, the price is $4.89 per gallon for regular. I can drive a mile or so and the price will be higher or lower.

13.6¢/kWh and holding relatively steady. (It varies up to .5¢ from time to time.) I am going to have to fill up my wife’s Volt again next month and no doubt it will need another fill by the end of the year because she is ranging more now that she is retired.

My 2018 Prius routinely goes three weeks on a tank of gas (~ 11 gallons) WITH a reasonable safety margin. Big Grin

at the 'always the most expensive guys' on Queens Blvd in Rego Park it was $5.50 today.

(I took the bus and subway there, Costco, total cost $1.35)

Diesel fuel is even more expensive. That means everything you buy at any store is going to be more expensive. And so it goes…
