Wait … Tom Swift ? ZOMG … so much time spent as a young fellow reading those epic inventor adventures…. And then there was the attempt at building a submarine, which failed in testing when we sank in the lake out back. I think it stayed on the bottom… probably surprised a few workers when they dredged the lake. Marine grade plywood, front loader washer hatch and porthole, Turtle style hand crank screw.

Wow. The Tom Swift Jr. Adventures were my first favorite books. I doubt I'll be tuning in but still, pretty cool that old Tom finally made it to the screen (even if Bud got demoted to being software, yikes).
