Toaster ovens
#1
I've been very happy with my BOV450XL but the display seems to be going out so I'm looking at replacement options. When choosing it appears I need to decide on a standard toaster, convection toaster or an air fryer toaster. Opinions? I've always has basic models.

Standard
BOV450XL (replace what I already have)
BOV650XL (seems to be the same oven but an inch higher and wider)

Convection
BOV800XL
BOV845BSS (one inch shorter but same internal dimensions)

Air Fryer

I wholeheartedly recommend the BOV900BSS. We've had ours for nearly 3 years now and it's awesome. Use the air fryer a lot more than we thought we would.

wish we had the room for one of these beasts.
But the only place is under a hung cabinet.
I'd think too much heat would come off of it and warp cabinet finish, like our toaster did when we wasn't thinking.

The BOV860BSS1BUS1 is noted for a high pitch whine when not in use. Quite a few reviews about it. Does the BOV900BSS have this same problem?

I Don't see much difference between air fryer and convection . On mine the convection cooks what I want better .

The BOV900BSS is totally quiet when not in use. The fan does run a little bit after a cook, but if you leave the door open it doesn’t stay on long.

I was hoping you were gonna talk about the old "Flying Toasters" screen saver!
