Second Generation iPod Shuffle dock with built-in USB plug
#1
I remember seeing this @ iLounge or Engadget or somewhere, but now I cannot find a link to it, or remember what it was called. Does anyone here remember it? It was a dock for the second gen (clip) iPod shuffle that had a USB plug built into it, so you didn't need the Apple-made long-wire dock...

Follow up: found one (knew I would as soon as I posted this) but it's not the same one I was thinking of: http://www.tuaw.com/2006/12/19/marware-u...g-shuffle/

Follow up: found another, but the one I remembered was cleaner looking than this one: http://www.tuaw.com/2006/12/04/ipod-shuf...d-shuffle/

Follow up: yet another, but I think this is the same as the above: http://myincipio.com/product/IP-300

Follow up: same as above, different manufacturer: http://store.mobibluamerica.com/damija.html

Follow up: cable version, not as compact but interesting: http://www.tuaw.com/2006/12/04/usb-sync-...d-shuffle/

What I want is an affordable USB-AC adapter to charge the Shuffle without a computer. Apple makes one but it's $35, too much. Any ideas?

The last one I do a follow up on, http://www.tuaw.com/2006/12/04/usb-sync-...d-shuffle/ , seems to meet that need. Unfortunately, it looks to be only available in Japan.

My mistake, the Apple USB charger is $29. That Diatec design looks pretty sweet...
