I am really enjoying this fine new broadband service from Time Warner Cable...NOT!
Not only did I have to restart my cable modem again (seems like I have to do that about once every other day since TWC took over from Adelphia) but I still couldn't get to the Apple website!
Called TWC Tech Support and was advised I needed to upgrade the firmware in my cable modem. I applied the upgrade and all seems well now, hopefully that will take care of all the other issues I have been experiencing since they took over as well but I'm not holding my breath...
