I have never used paypal. Is it OK? I am fine with Google checkout, but I have always been leary of PayPal. Am I worried for nothing? Any caveats?

Very much so. That's not PayPal's site despite the fact they make it look that way. I wouldn't give them my account information for any amount of "free" money.
