Powerbook G4 Airline power

Continental flight to Hawaii. 767-400
They have Empower ports. What do I need in order to power my G4 powerbook for the long flight. Any other tips from flyers, most of my flights are usually 2-3 hours so battery works for me, 12 hours to Hawaii, so I am going to need power.

I've had good luck with a Kensington set of adapters for a G4 15" Al Powerbok and an old G3 Pismo. The Kensington comes with a bunch of adapters for ac and car/empower along with changeable tips for various powerbooks. I have used this on several 15 hour flights to Tokyo or Hong Kong just fine. Check the product description to be sure your PBook and Empower are both listed. I think it was under $50 3 years ago, but there must be new versions. Froogle Empower Kensington Powerbook. Aloha!

I like the Kensington 120. Plus, it works for both AC and DC, so you don't have to bring your PB charger. I bought tips for my cell phone, iPod and getting one for my PSP as well.

if you go the Kensington route, and buy one not specifically for Apple products (like the one I mentioned), you'll need to buy the Apple (PB/IB and iPod tips)
