Guess they’ll just have to try again.

I’m sure they’ll get it right the next time. Or the next. Or the time after that. Or the one after that. Or… Well, practice makes perfect.

CNN
Larry Nassar, the ex-USA Gymnastics doctor who sexually abused girls for decades, was stabbed 10 times in prison

[spoiler=He lived. (Icky details)]
Joe Rojas, president of the local correction officers’ union, tells CNN that Nassar was stabbed a total of 10 times, twice in the neck, twice in the back, and six times in the chest. Rojas credits corrections officers on the scene with saving Nassar’s life. Rojas says Nassar is in stable condition.

As despicable as he is, he wasn't given a capital punishment sentence and shouldn't be murdered in prison.

Only ten times?

In prison that's a 'There's something I'd like to discuss with you' alert.

Right. Not acceptable, and should not be condoned. Can't find the humor in this.

Murder, schmurder. The ‘ongoing discussion’ thing works for me.

Schadenfreude and humor. Two different things.

And certainly not comparable to reducing assault to a smirking “foot fondling” filler story.
