#1
I've heard there are calorie counting programs which make it easy to track what you eat. I'm uing excel right now which i ok but something that could remember the calorie count of different foods would be nice also. Any recommendations?

If you don't mind a web-based solution, give this a try. http://www.calorieking.com/foods/search.php My nutritionist recommended it and what's nice is that its database includes lots of restaurant and brand name items. You can even put the search box in your toolbar.

Here's the Calorie King home page. http://www.calorieking.com/
