Huh.

The last I read, after Muskie blew up and said it was CFDT in the plane with Epstein and in the Eps-Files, and the the Big Beautiful Deal was ugly inside, I thought they kissed and made up. Or at least Muskie was all 'I didn't mean it, I wuvs you Big Daddy!'.

So are they on the outs again or were they never back?

The article makes a mention of something I've been wondering.

Forget about Muskie losing his eV and SpaceX subsides, contracts, whatever...

What about:

When asked if Trump would want to deport Musk, a US citizen, Trump said, “I don’t know, we’ll have to take a look.”

Whoa.

That would be interesting.

Could he do it?

No, but that wouldn't stop him.

How would he do it?

Maybe go back to when Muskie overstayed his visa and say that makes him enemy of the state?

It won't happen, but sometimes rank speculation is really fun.

RAMd®d you're not thinking full fascist enough for this administration.

There's already talk of trying to denaturalize and deport the Democratic candidate for NYC Mayor.

They could very well deport Musk based on his erroneous documentation submitted for his original visa (he dropped out instead of pursuing his studies and started working. There was some other thing that in normal times wouldn't matter.)

Then they'll nationalize SpaceX on national security grounds, and maybe other Musk businesses too. And this SCOTUS will back up the Unpresidented grift because "non-citizens aren't constitutionally protected to own property" and "something somethings states rights or executive privilege work this way at this moment to support the grifter-in-chief's actions."

yeah, having been though the LEGAL immigration process and crossing every T and dotting every I and having paid lawyers to do the petitions, I am not going to lose any sleep if Elon and Melania are deported.

Last I heard, Elon said that if the Republicans pass this budget, he will start a third party.
Best idea he's had in years.

So which No Senator caved and voted to pass it -- Collins, Murkowski, Paul, or Tillis? I'm betting on Collins.

Now the House and Senate have to reach a compromise and vote again. The fragile agreement could easily collapse again.

Gabester: "They could very well deport Musk based on his erroneous documentation submitted for his original visa (he dropped out instead of pursuing his studies and started working. There was some other thing that in normal times wouldn't matter.)"

Already in motion, as Trump said he will “have to take a look” when asked by a reporter whether he would consider deporting Elon Musk, as the split between the two former allies becomes more strained.

Murkowski caved

Can we deport CFDT instead? I mean he did say he is open to deporting CONVICTED US CITIZENS. He qualifies, 34 times.
