What the heck is Geeza Pro?

Is this an Arabic font? How to delete? I was in Font Book, had it highlighted, and hit delete key...but a warning came up that it might be a system font: "The current selection contains system fonts. Disabling system fonts may adversely affect some applications."

So what to do? And what other unnecessary fonts should be deleted? I thought I ran that program that deletes foreign language stuff -- DeLocalizer -- but this thing stuck around along with some others. I'm on a PB 1.67 on 10.4.6. TIA.
