Contact Info for $100 Hanns-G Rebate from PCConnection/MacConnection

I STFFed but didn't find direct mention of PCConnection/MacConnection. See this thread for more details:

If you were lucky enough to have bought last fall's $219 -> $119 AR HANNS G 19" LCD monitor from MacConnection/PCConnection or a variety of other vendors, you may not have been lucky enough to have received your $100 rebate. (Check RebatesHQ.com for details.)

Turns out the rebate provider has had some sort of "fulfillment problem." MacConnection/PCConnection is handling the rebates directly for its customers.

But, you have to ask them. Here's the number. It's helpful if you have the RebatesHQ.com "rebate information number" handy when you call.

I suggest calling rather than emailing; they didn't respond to my email but they were darn polite on the phone and said they're handling this for over 800 customers so far.

(In my opinion still a great deal at $119 AR + hassle.)

I had one of thoseHanns-G rebates a while back and I originally got told I didn't qualify becasue I hadn't included the SKU (which I had).

I sent a nasty email including my SKU number again (thank gof for thorough record keeping), and I eventually got an email confirming my rebate file was complete, and I DID eventually get my check. So keep at it.

I just called them and they took all my information and said to look for the credit on my card in about 3 weeks. Super!

I called and they said that they would contact me in 10-14 days for resolution. I'm going to to hold my breath, but it would make me a fan of PC Connection if they cleaned up someone else's mess.
